Nice compilation. I was expecting some shots from Nighthawks (1981) which had cool NYCT scenes.
There's about 30 more subway scenes that were omitted, as they couldn't all be fit in this video. Perhaps, you can go through the painstaking process of putting together a video like this and put in missing subway scenes and upload it. Start with Nighthawks and get that amazing footage of Sly, Billy Dee and Rutger. I'm sure we'll' all enjoy a part 2 to this. It should be easy for a fellow New Yorker, like you. Good luck!

I'm not sure I understand your post. I remember when those Jumbos first hit Harlem during the summer of 85'. I was going to cop a bag of Dust on 111st between 7th and St. Nicholas and they were handing out vials to the folks that spent money. I was already hip to Freebasing. But, this was different, now the rocks were already cooked up and ready to smoke. I crunched up the rocks from the free vial and put it with weed, it's called a Woola. After the first drag, my head was ringing. I went back 10 minutes later to cop a $10 vial, then the prices started to drop to $8 and then to $5 and then they had the Deuces and the Tre's ($2 & $3 vials). By then, everyone was using a stem to smoke it and I watched Harlem go from rough, to bad then to the worst. By the time 89' came around, it had brought Harlem down to its knees. But, not just Harlem, it was everywhere and I mean everywhere! I'm glad them days are over. It was nuts!! A Crack habit makes Heroin look like Bubblegum. A bag of dope lasts for hours, a hit of Crack only lasts minutes and you get so thirsty for it. Crack is a suckers drug!

It was the starter! As soon as I checked everything, the last thing it had to be, was the starter needed to be replaced. As soon as the new starter was installed, it started right up and it's been starting with no problems since I filmed this over 5 years ago. But, thanks for the advice...

During the 80's and 90's here in East Harlem NYC we used quinine to cut our junk and then put the junk in stamped glassine bags. Most people got that itch from the quinine. Milk sugar huh? You must have had a hell of a lawyer if you were pushing ounces of smack around PA. NYC is pretty lenient in general and you could get a 1 to 3 or a 3 to 6 if you sold just a dime of junk to a cop, I would imagine you'd get more time in PA, as NY has way more drugs on the streets.
